DELIVERY INFO
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
PRE-ORDERS
You are placing an item with our manufacturing team for your item/size and colour requested. Once you have placed this order you are unable to cancel your order due to the processing system/ personalised item.
Please note any other items in your order will also be dispatched on this date, as you have only paid one shipping cost.
ONLINE IMAGES
The images of items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of the colours accurately reflect the genuine colour of the items.
RETURNS
Any returned items will be provided with Store Credit. Full details of our returns policy can be found on our "Returns Policy” page. We will provide store credit to the value that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the Items. The store credit will not include any delivery charges you have paid.
